Visit to the Museum of the History of Valencia to see the exhibition “l’argila de la mitja lluna" (The clay of the crescent moon) - 6th April

On 6th April we are making a visit to the Museum of the History of Valencia to see the exhibition “l’argila de la mitja lluna”(an exhibition of Islamic ceramics). 

The exhibition covers the Islamic ceramics of Valencia, from the period of the Emirate to the Christian conquest, with pieces from excavations made in the city over the past 35 years and a selection of pieces from other parts of al-Andalus that help us to understand the different archaeological contexts.

We will depart Javea at 9 am; after visiting the exhibition the coach will take us to Valencia city centre where we will have free time to sightsee and have lunch. 
At 5pm we will set out on our return trip to Javea.
