We have organized a trip to the fishing ground at Pesquera Banc d’Ambolo on 21st September at 9.30 am. Meeting point is the Javea Bus Station, Avenida de Palmera, where we can arrange to share cars. If you would like to come along please send me an e-mail and let me know if you wish to go in your own car or if you would like a lift. The location is a 15-20 minute drive away with a 20 minute walk to reach the actual site. You should wear sturdy walking shoes, take a stick with you and bring a snack and a drink. We will return about 1 pm

The activities planned until the end of the year are:
September 21, Saturday: visit to the fishery of Banc d'Ambolo, on the southern coast of Xàbia. October 19, Saturday: Visit to Bicorp (cave paintings) and Anna (the two villages of the Canal de Navarrés region) November 13, Wednesday: Talk about underwater surveys conducted by the Xàbia Museum in Portitxol. December 13, Friday: Festival of Sant Llúcia. Ascent to the hermitage. December 18, Wednesday: Christmas celebration. We will send more details shortly. |
